Tickets are sold at the park reception on the day of your visit and/or on site.

As the park is located on a flat area with no special obstacles, it is fully accessible to wheelchairs and pushchairs.

The park has two car parks, one in front of the entrance and a second (communal and free) car park with 200 spaces a few steps from the park.

All outings are final, however, it is possible to pick up a picnic in the vehicle, in which case a 15 minute outing is allowed.

Dogs are not allowed in the park for safety reasons: for our visitors, for our animals, and even for your dog.

There is no minimum or maximum age to enjoy the zoo. Children under 13 years of age must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Car park 2 is suitable for an overnight stay in a motor home, but there are no facilities available. We invite you to contact one of the campsites around the park.

Yes, there is a picnic area in the heart of the zoo.

No, the park does not have a locker at your disposal.

For your safety, that of visitors and animals, bicycles and scooters are not allowed in the park.

Yes, we will ask you, however, to respect visitors and animals by smoking at a distance from them. We also ask you to dispose of your cigarette butts in the bins provided for this purpose.

At the cash desk, in the shop and at the snack bar, you can pay by CB, cash and ANCV holiday vouchers. After numerous frauds, we no longer accept cheques.

A space for buses is available in car park no. 2 at the back of the zoo.

La représentation du vol d’oiseaux et les goûters des animaux sont compris avec les billets d’entrées. The only extra charge is for the “wolf territory” educational activity (€2/person), which must be requested at the park entrance on the day of your visit.

On average, the zoo can be visited in 2 hours by our visitors, excluding events.

The animal snacks last about 15 minutes. The performance of the bird flight and the wolf territory lasts about 25 minutes.
